Before the arrival of iPod and MP3's, we had Walkman. People don't use Walkman anymore these days. However, there is a software called SitMan we can download and use for learning a foreign language.It was actually designed by someone who is learning English. We have cassette players and machines that allow us to listen back to our own recordings in language learning, but that is a machine. This software allows us to do that on a computer. You can leave markers in the voice recording so you can jump from section to section to replay what you want to listen to.
